In Spring Break 2021, we are featuring El Salvador and Thailand. This means that these trips are already planned and ready for your group. All you have to do is pick your date!
El Salvador: Greenhouse Project
Outside the cities, many families in the rural parts of El Salvador rely on agriculture and fishing as primary sources of income. Climate strongly affects the wellbeing of these farmers as they brave conditions like the rainy season and the heat of the summer. Help empower the younger generation by educating them on how they can innovate in their own backyard by building greenhouses with high-value crops.
Price: $1,300, based on a 10-day itinerary
Cultural Excursion: Volcano hiking, Canopy tour, Black sand beaches
Thailand: Keep Girls Safe
In countries like Thailand, sex-tracking is a very real risk for young girls, especially for those who come from large families without much income. ADRA is partnering with Keep Girls Safe to provide training and safe housing to at-risk young girls so that they can learn essential skills and get connected to the resources that will reduce their risk of being sold into slavery.
Price: $1,600, based on a 10-day itinerary
